“A massive thank you to Al and Kim and their highly capable and professional staff for the delicious and beautiful food they provided at our wedding on the weekend. So many of our guests commented on the quality (and quantity!) of the canapé style dinner. Despite a few logistical challenges presented by the isolated location (my family home in Deua National Park) they all just got on with the job and pulled off an amazing night. Right from the word go when I first contacted Al, his friendly relaxed attitude put me at ease. To him nothing was a problem and I knew that I was in experienced and professional hands. Throughout the lead-up Al and Kim made themselves available on the phone and email to discuss my many queries, and were always prompt with a reply and willing to find a way to work around any problems. Another reason I chose Mr Bold Catering Co. above other options is that their pricing is all inclusive - I didn’t have to worry about hiring additional cooking equipment or paying extra for wait staff. I also had the convenience of being able to hire bar staff through them as well. As any bride or groom who is organising a marquee/at-home wedding will know, the less things you have to think about the better! "This is the kind of fabulous food, beautifully presented, that you expect in a large metropolitan city, not on a property in the middle of nowhere."
“What can I say? Mr Bold Catering Co provided all the food at Alison and Will’s wedding last Saturday. The team operated out of a small corner of our front verandah, using our very small kitchen for washing up. They were operating off-grid, using power from a diesel generator and were unfazed by some glitches with the power supply. There were grazing tables for the adults and for the little people as well as constant canapes and tiny meals and supper of pulled pork, it was delicious! Everyone just loved the food and the casual ambiance. This is the kind of fabulous food, beautifully presented, that you expect in a large metropolitan city, not on a property in the middle of nowhere up the Deua River. I can thoroughly recommend all of them, especially his wait staff who were well-presented, friendly and very helpful. I am so grateful that Alison and Will chose you!”

“Having Al, Kim and their team as our wedding caterers was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! We had 100 guests on NYE 2016, and so many of our family and friends commented on how the food was the best they’d ever had at a wedding. Mr Bold were professional, reliable, flexible, approachable, and their catering and service was far beyond our expectations. Al was very flexible from our first meeting, when he met with us last minute over the Christmas holidays. We asked so many questions during the year leading up to our wedding, and they always answered us promptly and with so much helpful information. They offered so many different menu choices, and they made suggestions and tailored the menu around what we wanted. Often the bride and groom miss out on canapés because they’re so busy, but they came straight to us and offered us food as soon as the ceremony was over. Some of the staff were still walking through the reception cleaning up, long after the food service had finished. If we ever have any catered event on the south coast again we’d definitely be choosing Mr Bold, and we highly recommend them!”

“A quick shout out to the awesome team at Mr Bold Catering Co. who provided food glorious food for our staff Christmas Party last Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble for them , there was so much to choose from and their prices were very reasonable. We picked it up from Kim on Saturday and she even gave me an idiot’s guide on what needed to be re heated and which sauces/spices etc went with which dish. We can highly recommend these guys if you have any type of function/event coming up.”
