Al Newbold
Al’s passion for food started at a young age with European influences from his family which ignited his desire to become a chef. With a successful career spanning over 25 years in restaurants across Australia, Al has extensive culinary knowledge and the food he creates is a combination of classical cooking techniques with a world of flavours. Al has a reputation for keeping up with food trends and modern styles and crafting exceptional food to impress.
Kim Newbold
Kim started her career serving customers in the dining room at the local country pub which led onto study and working abroad in the hotel industry. With extensive experience throughout the hospitality industry Kim has a love of great food and exceptional customer service. Behind the scenes Kim brings all the finer details together to ensure you and your guests have a memorable dining experience.
